SDC is a full-service architectural firm headquartered in Miami, FL. With licenses in Florida and 10 other States, the firm has been involved in Domestic and International projects that include Automotive, Commercial, Interiors, Educational, Residential, Mixed-Use, Hospitality, Planning, and Specialty Facilities. Although our focus is primarily on our Architecture Services, SDC takes pride in its ability to bring to its clients a one-stop shop for their project needs with services that include initial site due diligence, financial feasibility, marketing, development, architecture, and construction management services.

• Personnel – Is the most important commodity in the field of architecture. It takes years of training to understand the responsibility we have as professionals to our Clients. We need to listen, interpret and understand what our client’s needs are first and foremost. Without the right personnel it does not matter how advanced our technology is.
• Technology – plays a key role in the quality of our work as well as our ability to produce a quality product that meets our client’s needs and expectations. Mr. Conde has 31 years of experience as an architect, leading A/E teams for a wide range of multifaceted projects including corporate offices and retail/commercial developments, hospitality resorts, cruise terminal structures, residential and multiuse developments, automotive, educational and specialty facilities in both domestic and international markets.
PRIMI CONDE, PARTNER
Mr. Conde has 31 years of experience as an architect, leading A/E teams for a wide range of multifaceted projects including corporate offices and retail/commercial developments, hospitality resorts, cruise terminal structures, residential and multiuse developments, automotive, educational and specialty facilities in both domestic and international markets.
- Registered Architect in the state of Florida and 10 other States
- Worked 7 years as Director of Design and Construction for AutoNation
- Worked 11 years as VP of Design and Construction for BAP Development Group and continues to consult for the Firm.
Current responsibilities include day to day communication with clients and overseeing larger Domestic and International projects. Mr. Conde has been an owner of his own practice for over 10 years and has been responsible for bringing to the firm Private Sector clients such as AutoNation, GL Commercial and Wurzak Hotel Group.
DULCE CONDE, consultant
Mrs. Conde has over 33 years of experience as an architect and has been in private practice for 25 of those years. As a registered architect she performs project management and design on numerous projects ranging from school facilities to cruise terminals, luxury residential, automotive and retail facilities in the United States and abroad.

- Worked 10 years with the City of Coral Gables in their Building and Zoning Departments and continues providing consulting zoning review services for the City.
- Sits on the Historic Preservation Board for the City of Hollywood, FL.
Current responsibilities include day to day communication with staff and smaller local based clients. Mrs. Conde has been an owner of her own pratice for over 20 years and has been responsible for bringing to the firm Public Sector clients such as Broward County School Board and MDC-Aviation.

JUAN CALERO, SR PM
Mr. Calero has over of 14 years of experience in the architecture and building envelope industries. Mr. Calero has been involved in a diverse range of projects from retail/commercial, corporate, hospitality, education, multiuse and residential projects located throughout the United States. He has developed solid practices for collaboration between clients, engineers and contractors and is our resident BIM and 3D specialist.

MARISELA CONDE, PM
Ms. Conde has over 20 years of experience in the architecture industry and has worn many hats during the firm’s growth. Ms. Conde specializes in construction documentation and responsibilities include taking projects from initial contract to completion and Owner occupancy. Ms. Conde deals with many of the firms long standing clients such as AutoNation and Trulieve just to name a few.

NIURKA CHIROLDE, PM
Mrs. Chirolde has over 10 years of experience in the architecture industry. Mrs. Chirolde was instrumental as a team leader during the firms work in Brazil for design and design development of 8 regional malls during the span of 3 years. Mrs Chirolde specializes in construction documentation and responsibilities include maintaining a data base of drawings for all of AutoNation’s +/- 380 physical properties.

Mrs. Conde has over 2 years of experience in the architecture industry. Mrs. Conde is the newest member to the team and is responsible for all administrative duties of the firm which includes clerical, filing, supplies and has begun getting involved in the firms marketing campaign over the various social media outlets.
