Developed by Iguatemi S.A., the third largest Brazilian firm working within the fields of creation, planning, development, and administration of shopping centers, the Rio Preto Shopping Center is one of the largest shopping centers in the interior of São Paulo, bringing together stores and brands that are known both in national and international markets. The design concept was to keep the architecture of the mall clean and contemporary so that he main focus would be in the public areas, food court and shops.  Rio Preto incorporates the use of natural materials, natural lighting and integrates outdoor spaces with the interior.  Attractions such as privileged location, ample infrastructure and a complete mix of shops justify the impressive 1.5m visitors for the largest shopping center in the area.  The program includes the following:

• The retail area is +/-352,000 gsf with a parking structured for 1600 vehicles
• The mall includes 250 shops, two food courts, a dedicated Family Fun Center, seven multiplex movie theaters (two of them with a VIP concept)
• There is a Phase 2 for the mall planned with 139,240 gsf and an additional 458 spaces
