Logan Landing comes from a need to support existing and new residential developments in the Northern corner of the City of Naples, FL.  The retail mix is made up of a grocery store anchor that introduces Sprouts to the West Coast of Florida, in-line retail shops that cater to the utilitarian needs of the local residents and a variety of local and chain restaurants.  Contemporary in architectural style the buildings incorporate the use of natural materials, large overhangs and horizontal lines as part of their characteristics. The facades incorporate movement both horizontally and vertically to break up their overall length.  The project program includes the following:

• The site is approximately +/- 17.3 ac and includes a 2.12ac retention lake and 1.10 ac preserve.  Parking for 655 vehicles.
• The overall center is +/- 87,115 sf, 34,503 sf of in-line retail, 29,896 sf grocery store anchor and 22,710 in 4 out parcels
