AutoNation Chevrolet of Coral Gables
Location: Miami, FL
Client: AutoNation
Project:
An automotive landmark with its modern clock tower, the original dealership known as Anthony Abraham Chevrolet named after one of Miami’s most prominent and philanthropic businessmen opened its doors in 1951. When the dealership was bought by AutoNation in 2014, it was time to bring it into the 21 century while maintaining its presence within the community. The project is made up of 3 phases;
• Phase 1 was the expansion and remodeling of the main showroom, 2 stories, +/-17k sf
• Phase 2 included a new service department and parts warehouse, 24 bays, 18k sf + 40k SF Parts
• Phase 3 is the demolition of the existing service department and parts warehouse to add vehicle inventory, +/- 200 cars
