Airport City is being Master Planned as a city if the future, taking into account many of the forces that are shaping our work, live and play environment today.  Within what we consider a green field site, the Client’s vision is to address the 4 major forces shaping cities today; the competition for talent; an increasingly connected world; the Anthropocene age; and technologies expanding role. A new framework will be put into place that allows for the creation of an urban environment to adapt to the needs of the population in the most environmentally, economically, and socially conscientious way.  This new City will use data from the people, vehicles, buildings, etc. to not only improve citizen’s lives but also minimize the environmental impact of the city itself, constantly communicating with itself to maximize efficiency.  The components that will shape this new City include; Transportation, Energy, Infrastructure just to name a few. 

• The City shall include; Residential, Commercial (including Shopping Center), Institutional, Civic, and Sports Venues.
• It will focus on pedestrian-friendly promenades and elevated walkways, botanical gardens, and outdoor spaces activity spaces.
